EMBROIDERY POSITIONS

Initial Ideas, one of the largest embroidery, screen printing and

engraving companies in the Rutland Region for over forty years

is looking for an embroidery machine operator for our growing

business.

We need someone with a good eye for detail. Experience is

preferred, but willing to train the right, highly motivated person.

Knowledge of Tajima embroidery machines and the software

required to generate files for them would be great, but is not

necessary. Must be able to be on your feet all day. Good

attention to detail. Willing to work with others in a fast paced fun

environment. Also willing to train in other aspects of daily

operation, of such as receiving, trimming, folding and steaming

garments.

Multitasking and organizational skills a must. Job is Monday

through Friday onsite. We offer good pay, vacation and personal

days.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

You'll need a strong understanding of, Mac OS, Adobe Illustrator

Adobe Photoshop and Windows

Experience is appreciated, but if we feel you might be the right

person, we can train you on the various tasks required.

Must be self motivated, able to multitask, organized and willing

to work well with others in a fast paced fun environment.

We will train on Roland Versacamm / vinyl imprinting machines.

Job is Monday through Friday onsite. We offer good pay,

vacation and personal days.
