Initial Ideas, Inc. is a family owned full service custom embroidery, screen printing and engraving company located in the heart of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Initial Ideas, Inc. has been providing our customers with the finest quality embroidery, engraving and service for over 39 years.

We have an in-house graphics and digitizing department. With our of state-of-the-art embroidery and screenprinting machines, quality is very evident in the products we provide.  We can embroider or print on just about anything, i.e. caps, shirts, towels, blankets, jackets and bags…just to mention a few.

Our engraving and awards department provides outstanding custom made trophies and recognition awards. With three rotary engraving machines and a state-of-the-art laser engraver, Initial Ideas, Inc. can engrave on virtually any material with precision and ease.
